Luke is an experienced global consultant focused on providing digital factory, smart factory and virtual. manufacturing services and consultancy to prestigious cross sector organisations.
He has supported various organisations and catapult centres such as; Airbus, GE, RollsRoyce, Honda, GKN, JLR, Kuka, The University of Bath, The University of Nottingham, The Manufacturing Technology Centre and The National Composite Centre.
Luke's been responsible for defining, shaping and delivering multiple large scale digital manufacturing transformation initiatives in-line with ‘Industry 4.0’ objectives and guidelines.
For example Luke led the consultancy on the global ‘Brilliant Factory’ initiative for GE Renewable Energy which digitised and automated a series of showcase sites in China, Vietnam, Germany and France and most recently he wrote the digital manufacturing strategies for the Airbus ‘Wing-of-Tomorrow’ programme and the Industry 4.0 'Smart Connected Shop Floor' programme for GKN Aerospace.
He’s equipped with a comprehensive skill-set that includes the latest digital factory applications and virtual manufacturing solutions coupled with certified agile project management methodologies and business analysis practices.
